By choosing natural fill and certified organic outer fabrics, the brand creates outerwear that participates in biological cycles rather than disrupting them.
Bio Fluff addresses one of fashion's most persistent material problems: the dominance of synthetic insulation in outerwear, which sheds microplastics during washing and contributes to landfill accumulation at end of life. By replacing polyester fill with plant-based natural fibers, the brand removes these harm vectors from the product lifecycle entirely.
The compostable design means that when a Bio Fluff garment reaches end of life, it can re-enter biological systems rather than becoming waste. This closes the loop in a product category — insulated outerwear — that has historically been one of the hardest to make circular.
